Before a tenancy is signed we will need the following information:

Proof of income includes:

Last 3 Months Bank Statement showing recuring payments (not screenshots)

AND

Wage Slips (the last 3 months or 12 weeks)
The last years Tax returns if self employed
Universal Credit payment (the last 3 most recent UC payment schedule, showing full breakdown of payments including any housing entitlement)
Proof of any Child Benefit/PIP
